Jim and his team at Elated Real Estate are exceptional. They helped us buy our new home as well as sell our previous one.When my wife and I decided to seriously look at a new place to call home, we didn’t have an agent; we just thought on a whim to go look at a home that was for sale. When the agent for the home asked about our agent and realized we didn’t have one yet, they were still going to meet us at the property. Of course, we thought we better just find an agent not working on the seller’s behalf so we contacted our bank and got Jim’s contact information. Literally within about an hour, Jim called the seller’s agent, arranged the viewing and met us at the home we intended to see. After looking at that home and several other offerings, we eventually decided on a newly constructed home. This is where Jim really demonstrated his expertise and experience because we had some significant build issues that needed to be addressed. After many hurdles, his knowledge and rapport with the builder and management hierarchy got the changes we needed implemented and sealed the deal.In addition to buying, we needed to sell our previous home and Jim was very helpful from the start. He gave us ideas and resources on how to make it sale ready. With those resources, we got to work and managed to make a fair market sale during the winter months which is usually pretty slow.
